When making a payment
When issuing an invoice
Extend all payments for up to approximately 60 days
Since payments are made by credit card, charges are deducted based on your card’s billing cycle. The number of days you can extend payments varies depending on your credit card provider.
*Applies only when a credit card is used for card payments.
Accelerate receivables collection with card payments!
Funds are received as quickly as the same day to within three business days after issuing a payment link and your client completes the payment, accelerating receivables collection by up to approximately 30 days. It also makes it easier to do business with companies that typically require advance payments.
*A transaction fee of 2.3% of the payment amount will apply.

Fees are charged based on the transaction amount, with an industry-leading low rate of 2.3% (non-taxable). There is no minimum usage amount, and the minimum fee is ¥500.

After registration, a simple screening will be conducted (same day to 1 business day). Once the screening is complete, Seikyu Robot will be available for use. No complicated procedures, such as a merchant agreement, are required.

Enter the required information for the screening. It is usually completed as quickly as the same day to within one business day.
Sales Billing / Card Payment
After the screening is completed, invoice card payments and credit-based sales billing will be available.
- Which types of credit cards are accepted?
- Credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards with the VISA, Mastercard, and JCB brands are accepted. Please note that cards issued overseas are not supported.
- What fees are required to use the payment service?
- A fee of 2.3% of the transaction amount is charged for “card payments” and “card billing.” No other fees apply. *Please note that the order management features are available as a paid option.
- Does the payer also need to register for this service?
- No. The payer does not need to register for this service.
- Can it be used for international payments?
- No. It cannot be used for overseas transactions or payments to foreign bank accounts. It is limited to payments to domestic Japanese ordinary and current bank accounts.
